Hi, I’m Rev. Rosie Mencia—energy worker, sound healer, and spiritual guide. For over 25 years, I followed the rules, working in accounting while quietly carrying a lifelong connection to Spirit. It wasn’t until I answered the call within that everything began to flow.
Now, I help others come home to themselves—moving stuck energy, softening old patterns, and reconnecting to the truth that’s always been there. Rosebud & Sprout isn’t just me—it’s a heart-led team made up of people who live and breathe this work. We each bring something different to the table, but one thing we share is a deep passion for helping others come back to themselves.
At the center of it all is my husband, Jay. He’s a vibrational wellness specialist who brings the science, the grounding, and the calm presence that balances the energy I bring.
Together, we honor both divine feminine and divine masculine, allowing softness and strength, intuition and clarity to occur.
We’re here to hold space, offer real tools, and walk with you through whatever season you’re in. Healing is personal, but you don’t have to do it alone and we mean that.
