Founder, Ordained Minister & Energy Practitioner
The founder of Rosebud & Sprout and an ordained, non-denominational minister whose work is rooted in compassion, presence, and lived experience. After more than 20 years in accounting, a profound personal turning point redirected her path toward spiritual service and healing.
As a Certified Ordained Minister and Master Sound Healer, Rosie offers spirit-led blessings, ceremonies, energy work, and mentorship guided by the 12 Universal Laws. Her approach is intuitive, grounded, and deeply human. She creates sacred, welcoming spaces where people can release what feels heavy, honor life’s transitions, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom and natural flow.
Meet Jay Mencia
Co-Founder, Ordained Minister & Vibrational Wellness Specialist
The co-founder of Rosebud & Sprout and an ordained, non-denominational minister who works as a bridge between sound, structure, and spiritual experience.
With a lifelong connection to music and sound, Jay explores how frequency, rhythm, and vibration influence the way we feel, process, and release emotional and energetic patterns.
As a Master Sound Healer, he offers vibrational wellness, mentorship, and ceremonial support that blends sound, intuitive awareness, and grounded understanding. His work is calm and steady, helping create space where people can slow down, reconnect, and restore a sense of inner balance.
Jay believes that true healing blends the experiential and the practical, where science and spirituality harmoniously support each other, guiding us towards inner peace and personal growth.
Together
Married for more than 25 years, Rosie and Jay embody the balance of feminine flow and masculine steadiness, intuition and structure, softness and strength. Their shared life journey, shaped by love, loss, challenge, and growth, forms the foundation of Rosebud & Sprout.
Clients may choose to work with Rosie, Jay, or both. However they arrive, they are met with honesty, compassion, and integrity, and welcomed into a space where healing, reflection, and reconnection are always held with care.
